What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that the feature set is very comprehensive. You can use it to create product strategy and business goals, feature and initiative roadmaps, capture and assess ideas. You can also use it to create reports and presentations. It's integration with JIRA is great and enables you to send your features to JIRA and they will be updated in Aha. It helps project managers to be efficient in their work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that there is improvement on the feature that allows an admin to specify the views that reviewers and viewers have access to.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the app to run our desired product management processes, tools and documentation in a box.
