What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part of the app is that it integrates well with our existing Jira. You can set milestones and epics and view how long to market release and how we can move features out or in to the milestone and automatically see the release date updated. The ability to create multiple reports and graphs helps to visualize the project and easily make project status presentations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to read all the documentation and learn to use Aha properly to avoid making avoidable setup mistakes that we did before. New users will find it too complex.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Aha for project management. It makes project planning and managing easy and saves a lot of time when making reports because the process is automated.
