What are the best aspects of this product?
Task requirements offered by Aha! has been a blessing. It's capable of mimicking the way I'd normally create lists. Essentially, it makes it easy to cross-check or cross-off the stuff I've finished. Its tagging functionality works wonderfully.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Personally, it seems that I barely scratched the surface with this thing. The way Aha! labels its tabs can confuse me at times. I wish things were more intuitive. I wind up bookmarking certain pages since I have no idea on how move from one place to the next.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Its managing projects and tasks. The upside with this is that everyone working for the company can now keep track on the progress of a certain task. Its tagging functionality is unique. The search feature is extensive and a big help.
