What are the best aspects of this product?

I can’t find any metrics tool that can surpass this product, it has all the functions for site monitoring. It offers link monitoring, smart filters, keyword research, and alerts. Its support team is also very helpful and resourceful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Though it has a lot of functions that other products don’t have some of its site metrics don‘t work on my end. Price may be too much for those who are still just starting their business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its multiple tools allow me to maximize what I pay each month.
