What are the best aspects of this product?

I and my content team really love this tool. It's helped us by pinpointing phrases that we didn't know we need to use in our articles. It's given us a window into the topics our competitors are writing about and has given us ideas for topics as well. Coming up with articles that perform well in the rankings is definitely much easier to do now, thanks to this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool gives me all the information that I need, but I do need to click through a lot of things before I get to that point. The loading time can also take a while if I am being honest. I think they should work on this in future versions of the tool. Make it easier for users to get to the needed information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has really helped us find out what interests our customers, allowing us to write to match those interests. It has helped us rank better and that is definitely good for our business.
