What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to set up and the support team is helpful. It's simple to manage all my devices at once and in case of leakage data by using AirDroid Business MDM solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More video tutorials would be better. But thanks to the support team, they were patient and responded quickly, which helped me a lot.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Google Play apps management

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it to manage the devices around the healthcare center and monitor them in real-time to see if they are working correctly or not. And It allows updating apps by group devices or device type. The clear interface makes it easy to operate.
