Surprisingly good tool for firefighters

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are three things I like about this software: I can use it to store policy documents, I can use it to notify the whole department about important matters, and I can use it to work on scheduling. It's a great administrative tool that has been a big help in making the process more simple and easy to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What would really bring this tool to another level is if they had an iOS application that was a standalone. They don't currently have it and I think it's something they sorely need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its functions are so extensive and comprehensive that it has literally taken the place of other applications in the process. Other departments in my area have even started using it.
