What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of things that are good about it, but what really stood out for me was its compatibility to a number of different platforms, whether it is on the desktop or a mobile device. It's allowed us to work even when on the go and has really increased productivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We do get a lot of benefits from it but I really feel like the price for it is a bit much. I think they could lower the price for it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An area where it has been really amazing is with scheduling. The system practically has all of it under control and I can't express how great that is.
