Not a perfect SIEM tool, but it surely works well.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps your company develop a set of security rules that would benefit the majority and continue to remain compliant.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot open other tabs aside from what I currently have. I would risk losing all my pre-set filters and start configuring from scratch.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I get to utilize all of its existing features. But I spend a lot of time checking the employees' logs and monitoring their activities to be on the safe side.
