What are the best aspects of this product?

OSSIM makes you safe and protected from potential hackers that could ruin your company as well as your image. You can go home at the end of each working day without having to worry about what could happen to your system and hardware while you are out of the office. The good thing is that OSSIM is known to work non stop to deliver their clients' needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Generally speaking, I like most of the features that this product has to offer. However, I have noticed that it does not provide automatic system updates, probably because it's free. Also, the customer service team is not that responsive, so you need to learn how OSSIM works to overcome challenges even if you are on your own.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Running a small business may seem easy, but many people don’t realize that it has its own set of challenges as well. It would be best to work twice as hard to secure your network so you won’t risk everything you have worked hard for.
