What are the best aspects of this product?

User friendly and easy to use. This system and most of the EHR are very easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is difficult sometimes to remember the features and how to use them.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It will be nice if we support can do a monthly new features or best practices webinar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had major problem with billing before, and with the automation this system provide, we were able to do the same amount of work with 1/3 less staff.
