Better than using spreadsheets

What are the best aspects of this product?

The support team is what you would call helpful. There is no question I asked, that went unanswered. Whatever I wanted to know about the tool, the customer support provided an answer for me. I wanted to know a lot about and I can attest to it that I go what I wanted. Currently, we are using Allocadia for our operations, which is a plus. We have seen what it can do and with the support we are getting, the transition has been smooth. We appreciate how they handle their customers and the support they bring with them. It is that, which has kept us going.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since we do not use this product for the purpose it is intended, we are faced with different problems, here and there, which are expected as a result. The good thing is that, we can work with the support team to override the problems we face. Knowing what you want helps us to figure things out. Every day for every operation or case we undertake using Allocadia, we have involved the support team in trying to find the best way the tool can work on my part.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Initially, we used spreadsheets to carry out our operations and plan our budgets. However, with Allocadia, we can do away with the spreadsheets and customize the tool to suit our needs. We are using it differently than what it is intended for by adding metrics to it. Although this poses some issues while using it, we have been able to reap maximum benefits as a result. When you compare it with spreadsheets, we have come a long way in making sure that we get value for our money and efforts. The issues we face are minor as compared to the benefits we receive.
