What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers seamless functionality to all our teams. With its simple user experience, our teams can easily manage their budgets and send reports to management. This makes our finance team reliable as they are able to know which budget should be located to which individual based on their needs. When you are managing multiple teams, you will be able to allocate different budgets to them. This tool allows them to view those allocations and also you can make accurate decisions based on the reports and the amount of budget you have been allocated. In short, everything can be generated or done from a single location which adds to the efficiency of the tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Don’t get me wrong, the updates are helpful as they bring in new features and are set to improve how a tool works. However, the user interface is regularly updated, which is a good thing, without warning. This means that I can wake up and find a new update on the interface, which means I have to learn how to use it all over again. It can be disappointing if not frustrating having to find your way around the interface all over again. There may be no time for this s we are in a fast-paced world and this can slow down our operations and thus lower productivity. It would be nice if they informed us in advance that they are upgrading the interface so that we can plan early.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has made it possible for me to manage budgets in the best way. Since I am new to this, Allocadia has made it simple for me. It is helpful as it is easy to use and I can track all my expenses and integrate this with the tool to help me manage the budget for all teams. With the streamlined features that the product brings, it makes my work easier. Initially, I had to do this manually, which was not only time consuming but also tiring. I had to use Excel to track my expenses and budgets but that is all gone now that I have Allocadia.
