What are the best aspects of this product?
The reporting functionality in the tool makes everything easy for us. Initially, we used spreadsheets. However, with the implementation of Allocadia, we are able to use them in an online platform. All our budget data we have put in the product which has helped us find new way to structure how we carry out our operations. When determining budgets you have to consider expenses. Allocadia has come in handy to help us know which reports are necessary in allocating and tracking budgets and expenses for our marketing teams. It is easy to use which gives our users the best experience and thus more productive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
All that Allocadia has to offer is good. On our part we have had great experience in using the most of the functionalities the tool has. For now, I cannot come up with anything that I dislike or disliked about the tool. However, it would be better if they improved on he already available features. This would help users and businesses to reap the best out of the product for their marketing campaigns.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Allocadia has helped to improve visibility in our marketing campaigns. We are now able to track all budgets we allocate to all teams with ease. Although we have not yet implemented it fully into our operations or campaigns, we are working towards that so that we can realize its full potential. For example, at the moment we are in the process of integrating with SFDC, which means that we can use this product to track marketing return on investment (ROI) for our campaigns. Such a product equips us with the relevant reporting tools for all budgets we allocate to marketing teams and monitor how they utilize it, the expenses and actual budgets as a result.
