What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how it came with a wide range of tools and the depth that those tools are offering. What's more, it doesn't ential any experience in coding.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a slight lerning curve to go through especially when trying to understand the tools. Certain Statistical R packages are were usually never straightforward.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The product is capable of processing large volumes of data, especially when mixed with algorithms for multi-variable scoring/ranking. Some of the upsides involve having the ability to extract and quickly process data. It seamlessly integrates with the SQL Server and Tableau for powerful data visualization.
