What are the best aspects of this product?

It's so simple to learn the drag-and-drop interface. It functions superbly when blending and making multi-data sources manipulation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Varying tools for documentation is lacking. Seeking for external sources is hard even with Google's help. Reporting tools are lacklustre at best. It's better off to report data and build report within Tableau.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main issue we faced was finding a way to achieve one view for all our customers. This entailed us to aggregate and blend current interaction data for every customer. We ended up creating a modeul that consolidates customer base and makes an outline of every interaction we had.
