What are the best aspects of this product?

I really love the multi-functional benefits that this solution offers. Each and every tool in the kit has a purpose--to either segregate, merge, weigh up, or analyze data, among other things. By far, this has so much more benefits than the regular excel platform. I really like how it can clean up my data files too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I admit that it is quite difficult to get the hang of using this tool. However, resources online and training from the makers themselves are not lacking, so you know that you can always get your answers from somewhere.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One favorite tool that I like to use is the Fuzzy Matching function. What this does is to check our data of prospective clients and scrub out those who are also on our converted sales bucket. This way, we don’t keep targeting the people that have already purchased our services. Needless to say, we’ve now managed to identify the disconnect on our sales reports because of this. Alteryx has now become my go-to tool for manipulating the data that we have because it works much faster, and it is more intuitive.
