The ability to build workflows (which would normally take days in excel) now takes mere minutes to process and immediately receive output in alteryx. It revolutionized how we work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We gave this product a high rating with just about everything it offered us. But one small gripe we have was needing to purchase for the product's added capabilities (ex. geomapping etc...)

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The primary issue is having to leverage technology to streamline processes and function in a smarter manner. Technology is purposely there to make simplify work, which is the main reason for leveraging current and affordable technology. with this tool, our processing time has been reduced dramatically.
