What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool makes it simple to link varying data sources as one. Data from CRM are easily connected to spreadsheets and be uploaded directly to the postgres database which automatically backs up Tableau.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's really nothing else to not like, although it seems it doesn't have the server setup. As an individual taking an analyst role, I still rely on IT to get a box or get AWS started.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With automation, I can create something once, then enable it as a push button for data references whenever I want. It can also be modular making it possible for me to create and recycle compoonents in varying work flows.
