interfaces are awkward and difficult to maintain. Customer support is slow and not adequate for people who do not have inhouse IT support. New versions fouc on financial security of the company to the detriment of the users

more integrated ability to meet standards for all government programs with improved data entry and ease of use

ease of use and Meaningful use. MIPS requires special additions and costs that make the program unaffordable for small practices who will get sticker shock at the annual fees and renewals that are hidden at first
