What are the best aspects of this product?

Statistics is not my field of expertise so I usually seek for an assistance whenever I’m doing analysis. Analyse.it has changed it and since using the platform, I was able to analyze without having to ask for help from my colleagues. The platform is integrated with Microsoft Excel, a tool I’m already using, making it easier to perform analysis tasks. Analyse.it is generally a reliable tool which can be used even by not tech-savvy individuals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the only negative thing about this product is its price. If you wish to access tools and features that this product has to offer, you have to pay about $600 or more a year. It’s a bit high for small companies and start-ups and even medium-sized businesses. It would be nice if they consider adjusting the price so more businesses and departments will be able to afford and benefit from it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can get fast, reliable results and also perform analysis without pestering other employees with questions. This tool has been a huge help.
