What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing about Anaplan that impressed me is its very thorough training materials and sessions. Although I think I could have used it without technical help since the interface is straightforward, my knowledge wouldn't have been as profound were it not for the training. Overall, Anaplan is the most effortless organizational planning tool I have ever used in my 10 years as a professional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't have ETL tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Anaplan is the only tool I use for modeling plans. And my clients have been satisfied with my performance and reports ever since using this software.
