What are the best aspects of this product?

Anaplan is a dynamic software that effectively promotes a collaborative approach in our operations. We are also glad that it continues to improve. Much of this can be owed to its technical support team which has transformed in recent years to be more attentive to feedback, as they are now. One suggestion I provided them before was enhancing their onboarding training. And Anaplan did not disappoint as it listened and provided new users with more comprehensive lecture sessions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Anaplan, like any business process management solutions, remains fraught with inefficiencies that make the planning process much, much longer than the execution of the plan. While Anaplan's flexibility is laudable, there are disadvantages to it as it branches out a great number of plans and possible scenario's which really just leads to confusion.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Several minds work on many plans needed to operate a business. Not only does Anaplan make working together easier. It also helps in the planning process.
