What are the best aspects of this product?

Its computing prowess may create the misconception that Anaplan's use is limited within finance operations, but believe me when I say it does so much more if only you explore! It provides a dynamic scenario building and a collaborative approval workflow. This automates the process of getting reports reviewed and signed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A lot of people in my team found Anaplan too complex. We had to tap and pay experts who could give us a 360-degree lecture on how we can optimize the platform. Although we benefitted dramatically from this workshop, I think such a need could have been eliminated if Anaplan was designed to be intuitive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're more equipped to survey the lay of the land, better identify risks and develop counter-measures and capable of taking advantage of opportunities around us.
