It's clear and simple, user-friendly and meets the mark!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you make new comments to an already closed ticket, the recipient apparently won't be informed. It would be super useful if they added a feature that you could reopen a request and add new comments instead of making a new request.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You can't reopen a request ticket but it's a convenient way of asking for help and handling facilities.
