The software is straightforward with reliable and easy-to-work-with billing and support staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting up the preventive maintenance schedule of the building is incredibly challenging and tedious, as the module requires you to include all units and equipment in your property. Also, it would be better if the email lets you CC different people.
