What are the best aspects of this product?

This IT management software is the next biggest thing in assisting developers to graphically create while having the option to make XML edits for customization purposes. The debugger is of big help most especially in the expression elevator.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

With connectors and everything, I feel this tool has it. But the only critical part missing to carry out the best practice in connector use is documentation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We tackling business issues through integration of different SaaS apps and adding in a SystemAPI over it on our end. This aids in component louse coupling so we can easily plug-and-play any component.
