What are the best aspects of this product?

We love how Mule is easy to use. Its drag-and-drop integration is simply the best. The management console is effective for project management. Their community and forum has done a great job of helping developers over the years. It's easy to maintain and it shaves off time to application development.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While Mule has done a lot of us a favor, it still has some functionalities that have a learning curve when it comes to implementation. These involve MEL expressios and batch processing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We utilize the platform for connecting to other third party systems (cloud and on-premise based). ESB is carried out as the middleware between the downstream layer and front end. It's also made for batch file processing.
