What are the best aspects of this product?

MuleSoft paired with its nice set of management tools offers a reliable end-to-end SAO platform. It's easy to get things started with its tools and its simplified adaptation to technology is nothing short of excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

With MuleSoft providing just about everything a user requires, I'm still not at all sure if such tooling offers scaling within the PAAS environment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were thinking of making an integration in a massive scale. This would involve dealing with data models and multi-complex systems. Requirements could include an API manager. Right now, Mulesoft appears to be clear cut choice to get this in place.
