What are the best aspects of this product?

Currently working as an integration specialist, I've dealt with a wide range of opensourced platforms as well as that of this product. One big reason why I'm still functioning with Mule is how consistent it is as world-class software. It meshes all features required in an integration layer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've always wanted to navigate to whereve this product takes me. But sadly, its Enterprise version and its B2B functionality isn't available unless you take a trial period and make the upgrade.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this product for integrating BPM system, backend work, and UI. Some of the most favorable features I love with Mule are its API gateway and reliability pattern.
