What are the best aspects of this product?

Its easy flow is based on the the drag-and-drop functionality that entails little or no configuration. Transformation of payload is easily done with other data types. Creating SOAP, API, and REST is a breeze to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

MuleSoft's own error log is way too big for newbie in seeking the primary suspect for error. While the stack trace may be needed, having a small console error and a stack trace on another would've been ideal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've assisting a bank organize its services for its customers for enhanced and quicker service management. The advantages with MuleSoft more than just gets the job done. Some of its highlights include a drag-and-drop functionality and a decent GUI.
