What are the best aspects of this product?

The good thing with this tool is that has connectors to cater to most third party applications. It's integration with these applications are flawless. Since Mule operates on Maven and Spring, it makes it easy to understand the issue through debug logging in the event of any error. Support is available on their blogs for those struggling with technical aspects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point. MuleSoft has done me a lot of great things. I could nitpick but the problem is, there's nothing to be picky about. This platform has done a lot of wonders for me so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

At this point, we need to create a platform that makes it possible to interact with all third party applications by means of the platform's interference.
