Ideal backup software

What are the best aspects of this product?

When using this, I almost hadn't have to look up for help because of how easy to use and understand its design and layout is.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I canvassed a whole set of bak up solution and this is the best one I found. I don't have any complaint on it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software provides a complete system backup of my HDD which is what I really need. You'll never know when drives will fail so it's scary, but not anymore.
