What are the best aspects of this product?

The free trial really allows me to take a glimpse into the software's full power for a limited time. Thanks to this, I was able to determine that this is the product I need. I only use it for one laptop and I can say that it's powerful enough to do the job. The price is just right too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It delivers where it matters so I can't really criticize it personally. Maybe make it more user-friendly?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

While my laptop is pretty good, it's still not fail-proof and thus, my work may get impended on rare occassions. What I need then is a software that allows me to get back up again as fast and painless as possible when it happens and AOMEI just that.
