PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Most of all, I liked the attitude of technical support specialists towards service customers. I saw professionalism and clarity combined with courtesy and responsiveness.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I didn't find any cons. The configured integration works without failures.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I have no wishes yet, since I have not yet tested all the capabilities of the service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Recently registered on ApiX-Drive and got trial access. I've only been using it for a week so far. In general, it is difficult for me to master new programs on my own, I am always afraid of making mistakes. But if tell and show me everything in detail and intelligibly, then there are no problems. I did not immediately notice that the service provides a whole video library with instructions, and because of my inattention, I decently exhausted technical support with questions about where to click and what to do next. Many thanks to the whole ApiX-Drive team for the useful service, and special thanks to the technical support service.
