What are the best aspects of this product?

Aside from how effective it is, I like how it minimizes errors in your work thanks to the great revision structure they have in place. The reports and revisions you get are constant, so the number of errors that you overlook are lessened. The code shortcuts they provide also make it easier to rectify those errors. Finally, the appearance is just so clean and comfortable that using this tool just makes the whole process refreshing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The biggest complaint I have is that no version of this that is available for Windows. You won't have a chance to use this unless you have a Mac. They can also improve on the testing, as currently you can only execute one at a time and this just slows down the whole process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this tool has resulted in us having a better workflow, thanks to how easy it was to implement and configure. The dynamic between teammates has also improved with each project, thanks to its tools for spotting errors and encouraging cooperative work. Using this tool has really given us an edge.
