Appian deserves more credit because of its incredible features that help turn around every business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Appian is something that I would like to use to develop our business tools. It’s easy to use because it doesn’t require much expertise to create an app. It's compatible with almost all OS, including Windows and Android.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

License renewal is expensive; I think they should look into that concern raised a couple of times. Feature-wise the platform is doing okay, but some enhancements would be significant as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are certain things in our company that is quickly done since we got rid of obsolete processes. Employees feel that they can minimize the daily workload, which is positive feedback.

No
