What are the best aspects of this product?

We knew from the very start that our company has many issues that need to be addressed right away. Appian came at the right time by helping us develop a robust plan that includes automating our system. We later realized that we made the right decision because we were able to lower down our overhead costs and maximize our resources.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Truth to be told, Appian is quite expensive. An ordinary person in business may find the price intimidating. If they want to increase product sales and software usage, they should probably revamp their pricing and provide excellent service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Manual labor has been reduced to almost 80 percent, which is a remarkable change. At first, employees were scared of automation, but they later realized that it comes with a long list of benefits. Our productivity has soared high, and people's morale has immensely improved, which is excellent news.
