What are the best aspects of this product?

Work has become easier for my staff and me. Usually, we are swamped with a lot of paperwork, and we barely have time to keep track of our records. With Appian, everything is systematized, which makes it more inspiring to work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yes, Appian can create wonderful apps, but unfortunately, it cannot support all business platforms. Some apps won’t work on our primary system, which makes us feel a bit frustrated though some developers can tweak on their end to make things work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using Appian, we have no concrete system to help us with our workflow. When we discovered that Appian could create simple apps, we felt overwhelmed by this experience. My employees are happy that they can easily create reports, upload time sheets, compute for payroll, and so much more.
