What are the best aspects of this product?

Every business, including our company, would like to improve most of our existing business processes to remain globally competitive. Most of our methods are outdated; thus, it affects our productivity. This is why we decided to find a long term solution to these pressing issues. We tried out Appian and did some research about how this product can change our business. We were able to create several tools to help us simplify our tasks without compromising the outcome. You can also integrate this app with Robotic Processes Automation, which will help your company streamline most of your processes and work to your advantage. I have created a few tools that my colleagues find very useful. I do not have enough coding expertise, but I am proud to come up with apps that have a significant impact on our organization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Updates are necessary for every system to work seamlessly and effectively. Appian's problem is that it's inconsistent with system updates, which causes latency and other issues affecting end users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to revamp and modify more than half of our existing business processes. At first, we are afraid to make changes, but we decided to take the risk through Appian's help. We find this product very useful because if its capability to integrate with our existing data source and other systems.
