What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things that I like about Appian is their ability and willingness to innovate to find ways on how to improve the product. I’ve been a long time user, and I have seen many apparent changes that make it one of the most competitive products in the market today. Appian can cater to almost all kinds of business because it can create helpful tools that would improve business processes. I’ve read a lot of reviews about Appian, and most people are delighted with the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I appreciate the things that Appian does for my business. However, there are things that I need to address still. Despite all the improvements that Appian went through for the past few years, I think that it's still a work in progress. One of the most common problems we encounter is that the program crashes when we are in the middle of doing something like file encoding and data extraction. There is some major coding issue that needs to be resolved in the back end for things to run smoothly regardless of any circumstances. My second issue would be the pricing of the product. I can afford to shell out the said amount for the sake of improving my day to day operation. But what about other start-ups who are finding ways to cut costs? They should look into this issue because clients might opt to get a more affordable alternative that is more sustainable in the long run.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I rely on Appian to help me simplify and improve work processes. It lessens my workload, meaning that I don’t have to spend most of my time sitting in front of my computer doing manual tasks. I can now channel my energy in dealing with clients to solve more problems and think about ways to improve my business.
