What are the best aspects of this product?
Appian is beneficial in terms of enhancing the majority of our business systems. Also, it allows third-party app integration to ensure that there won’t be any interruptions our gaps in our current process. In terms of real-time reporting and collaboration with other sources, I can say that this platform is one of the best that the industry can offer. Clients can make any requests straightforwardly, and the good thing is that most of these requests are granted accordingly by Appian.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The developers behind Appian did well in creating this robust platform that we have been utilizing for the past few years. Based on my observations, I think that Appian has still some room for improvement. They can start by upgrading the UI by making it more intuitive and flexible. They could simplify some of the existing features to improve the overall user experience. They could probably add some meaningful content to some of the tabs and make sure that all end users can learn a lot from using Appian.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company is known to cater to a wide range of clientele, and each of them has different needs and wants. I am happy to share that Appian was able to help us overcome that particular challenge by stepping up its game. Before, I have this mindset that is dealing with process management is a tough thing to do. But if you have the right knowledge and tools, you never have to worry about the outcome of your projects.
