What are the best aspects of this product?

At first, it was challenging for me to use Appian because I am not used to this kind of software. It took me a lot of patience and effort to be familiar with the app. I was glad that I learned a lot and applied it to my current work line. Tasks are now easier to accomplish, and deadlines are currently being met consistently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some upgrades are necessary to improve the overall performance of the app. One of them is upgrading their design features so you can come up with better applications.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of our biggest challenges is our customer service. We are having issues handling complaints and followups on time. That is why we decided to create a new CRM program that is more efficient than we currently have.
