What are the best aspects of this product?

They pay attention to upgrading the software, and I like the changes that I’m seeing. Appian listens to customer feedback because I can see that they are trying their best to incorporate positive changes to the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Bugs are quite common, and I’m not too fond of it. It slows me down, so I need help if our IT guy to fix whatever is going on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It’s so fun to build tools and apps from scratch. No need for me to have coding expertise to get the desired results. I’m happy that we could use our tools to maximize and simplify our existing workload.
