What are the best aspects of this product?

Its PM team is very responsive and helpful, they helped us to set up the test cycles and to get a test up and running without noticing it. Testers are from everywhere and they do the test anytime, so they can get overnight and weekend cycles testing. We use the bug management solution and we can leave messages for testers if we have some questions about the bug.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion there are some drawbacks for pay-per-bug compensation. Some bugs were uncovered and some of them were extraneous and it was difficult to sift through them all. I feel like I waste my time when I go through bugs in order to figure out which one were reproducible. Also, I found that tester engagement dropped quickly when we run some re-testing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product provides with wonderful alternative for staffing in the house, and helps us to cover various aspects by doing tests. It helps us to ramp up the QA resources on demand.
