What are the best aspects of this product?

With Applause we are able to test our app in countries where we want to launch our products. We had some issues with customers in Columbia, and we couldn’t replicate the problem in US. But, Applause make it happen, they put a team together in Columbia and they managed to found the root of the issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes testers are not up to par, but this is not on a daily basis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Applause lets us to enhance our test coverage by influencing the services, we feel much more secure about whole quality of the apps.
