PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Applause is very flexible tool, and they work along with our company and they changed the way they serve us. I feel that they really care of their customers and customers’ success. They helps us to make our experience more positive. I feel Applause as part of my QA team, that’s how loyal they really are.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes by now. Once I asked them if they could make tests during the night, which they did that, but I realized it wasn’t working the way I want, so I contact their team and they got me new team that works during the day. They are really great in meeting our needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In our team there are 25 developers and 2 QA engineers, but without Applause support we couldn’t succeed in QA. They helped us to solve some issues and we run tests every Tuesday. Our developers were more focused on developing instead of testing. We are even able to look into larger issues instead of sticking with small details.
