What are the best aspects of this product?

It has intuitive and simple interface compared to other cloud based solutions. It offers 5Gb free for the start and if you want to upgeade it it costs no more than $1. Believe it or not! The other good thing is that you cqan have access to your docs from any device and all your things are backed up and secure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to have even more storage for start.
