What are the best aspects of this product?
I have to say that Apple Pay is so efficient for me. It's time-saving because I didn't have to fill out lengthy payment details every time I make a purchase, and instead I just pay securely with a touch of a button. The contactless feature is another thing I really like about Apple Pay because I'm able to use it for train and basically for anything that accepts contactless payment. It also means I don't have to carry my wallet everywhere I go. In case people lose their wallets, they can just use their phone. It's become an advantage too in terms of instant payment -- Apple Pay has become your mobile bank!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Not really about Apple Pay, but I wish more shops selling products I buy would have a contactless system that accepts payment via Apple Pay. Especially when purchasing items in person.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to solve roadblocks on timing, efficiency and productivity. Apple Pay also allows us to feel that the track record of the brand in terms of payment security is a huge comfort.
