What are the best aspects of this product?
It's so easy to use and track the activity of our teams through screenshots. Apploye also does the billing calculation and pricing too. The regular reports every month are also useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't experienced anything untoward. I like Apploye.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to manage a remote team more effectively, through Apploye's tracking features including activity screenshots, plus usage of apps and URLs. I run a freelance security group, so it's important for us to be able to effectively assess our time and productivity since we all work in various locations
